With her extensive background and education in EDI, Dee offers tailored strategies to dismantle barriers and promote understanding within workplaces and communities. Pre session surveys can be custom created and delivered to participants, which will gauge existing knowledge and awareness and help focus on issues needing the most attention. Services include: - EDI Training and Workshops: Engaging and informative sessions designed to educate teams on the importance of equity, diversity, and inclusion. These sessions will not be full of power points, however they are designed to have impactful conversations that matter. Things may get tense, but that's good, because from tension, change can occur. - Policy Development: Crafting and implementing policies that promote inclusivity and respect for all individuals, to create an environment where all can feel they belong and are valued. - Organizational Assessment: Evaluating current practices and identifying areas for improvement to enhance inclusivity.
